Student Voice

Student Voice Surveys take place once a year and are an important part of the College’s development. After the last Student Voice Survey in 2022, which involved  nearly 2000 students, the College was able to make significant changes. 

You can get involved in a variety of ways; provide your views via a questionnaire, elect or become a Student Course Representative that will attend briefings and a focus group each year and/or become a Student Governor and be part of the College Board of Governors.

Complaints Procedure

HLC works hard to ensure that your time here as a student is a positive and enjoyable experience. However, we recognise that sometimes things go wrong and you may wish to make a complaint. If this is the case we would like the opportunity to try and put things right for you as quickly as possible.
